QUESTION 1: WHEN can I receive my parcel if I made my payment today?

ANSWER: Since parcel is shipping out from warehouse, we will dispatch the item within 24 hours after the payment received credit to bank (if it is Weekend or Friday, we will dispatch next working day), thus, you will receive your parcel within 1 - 3 working days after the dispatcher.

For Sabah / Sarawak buyer, it will take 2 - 4 working days to reach.

QUESTION 2: Who I need to contact when the item is DEFECTED?
ANSWER: Please contact us at bottom right chat box immediately and tell us the problem via email to Our customer support team will deal with you on claiming the defective item.

QUESTION 3: Can I know where is your SHOP? Can self-collect at your shop or Cash on delivery?
ANSWER: Sorry to inform you we are an e-Commerce company operate in a warehouse only, we do not have any retail outlet / facilities for visit / buying. Our warehouse is mainly for product packaging only. 

QUESTION 4: is it all the products are original ?
ANSWER: Sorry to inform you we are only selling original products in our store. and we are not entertained any request testimonial or reviews. all products with batch number can directly call to factory check with authentic of products.

QUESTION 5: Why after i made payment the order still haven't process yet  ?

ANSWER: if you ordered by FPX(senangpay) or online/ATM banking transfer , we will immediate confirmed order within 24 hour and will be shipping on next day, unless payment made by online transfer by interbank transfer (under accepted) we will only proceed order once payment received on our bank.   

QUESTION 6: Can i be your drop ship agent or reseller  ?

ANSWER: at this moment we aren't looking any re seller or drop ship agent ,any order are suspected as drop ship or re seller order will be immediately cancel without given notice, refund amount will be refund 97% only, 3 % are charge by bank transaction fee.
